Your monthly rent is guaranteed the whole duration with no commissions or hidden fees, allowing you to receive full payment on time.

Free cosmetic refurb completed by our creative power team to increase rental potential.

We will then do a light cosmetic refurb and furnish the property where required to attract our professional tenants. This will not cost you a penny.

Viewings professional tenants to fill your property.

We conduct viewings by working with local businesses, corporates, hospitals, and many more to secure the very best professional tenants.

Step 4

Management and maintenance of your property.

Amisi Property Group are hands-on with their approach and are committed to take over the management and maintenance of your property allowing you to have a hassle-free experience. We ensure that your property will be kept in the best condition making both of you and our tenants happy. All properties are also kept up to current regulations.

Step 5

End of agreement options.

At the end of the agreement, you will have two options:

1. To extend the management period with us; or

2. Have the property returned to you in great condition.
